2. Warranty Period and Channels

All ATGIH products purchased through authorized channels have a 12-month warranty from the date of packaging delivery.

The warranty period starts once the product is received by the original purchaser. If you believe your ATGIH product has quality issues, please contact our customer support within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. Our professional ATGIH customer service team will contact you within 24 bussiness hours to provide a solution.

ATGIH products are sold on our official website, Amazon, and other official channels. Additionally, the manufacturers, suppliers, or resellers might offer its own warranties. Please reach out to your seller for further details.

To ensure you receive a legitimate product, we strongly advise purchasing from one of the aforementioned channels. We have received reports of fraudulent orders from other sources.

3. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty policy excludes the following items: Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse or improper use.
