DPS-350D Portable Power Station

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your DPS-350D portable power station, please read our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within [30 days] of receiving your order.

· The product must be purchased directly from ATGIH.

· The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and original components included.

· The product must be free from misuse, physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, or modification.

· Returns must be approved by our support team before the item is sent back.

Return Authorization Required

Because this product contains a lithium battery, please do not ship the product back without contacting us first. Returns must be approved by our customer support team before the item is sent back.

Before returning the product, please take clear pictures of all six sides and all accessories, and send them to the after-sales email address for confirmation.

To start a return, please contact support@atgihpow.com and include your order number, name, email address, reason for return, and photos or videos if there is a product issue.

Non-Returnable Conditions

· Damage caused by misuse, accident, water, fire, impact, or improper storage.

· Products opened, modified, repaired, or disassembled by the customer or a third party.

· Products missing accessories, manuals, packaging, or parts.

· Products showing signs of abnormal use or intentional damage.

· Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

· Products returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Cost

For non-quality-related returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. For confirmed quality-related issues within the return period, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or prepaid return label depending on the situation.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Important Lithium Battery Return Notice

Do not return any product that is swollen, leaking, smoking, burned, severely damaged, or unsafe to ship. If your product appears unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact our support team for instructions.
